At Crosshaven Carrigaline Credit Union, we are always striving to improve the services we provide to our members and we want your feedback to help us achieve this.
To help us identify areas where improvements may need to be made, we will be running member satisfaction surveys over the coming months. We appreciate everyone that takes the time to assist with these surveys and commit to using feedback obtained to enchance and improve our service.
Each survey should take less than a couple of minutes to complete.
Every member that completes a survey will be entered into a draw where they could win a CASH PRIZE!! Winners will be notified at the end of each survey.
Loans Survey
Our first survey is being carried out to measure members satisfaction with our loan application process. It asks how easy a member found our loan application process and how happy they were with the processing and approval of the loan.
The closing date for the completion of this survey is the 31st July 2026.
We are asking ALL members to complete this survey, including those who have never taken out a Credit Union Loan.
Every member that completes this survey will be entered into a draw, where they could win a cash prize!!
