We were delighted that Minster Michael McGrath TD, accepted our invitation to speak to us as to how Government can help the Credit Union sector to continue to expand the range of services it provides to its members.

Posting on his Facebook page, Michaee said that "It was great to catch up with some of the volunteers who help to run Crosshaven Carrigaline Credit Union recently to discuss how government can help the Credit Union sector to continue to expand the range of services it provides to its members into the future. We are very fortunate to have people with so much experience willing to provide their time on a voluntary basis to provide these services to the local community. The volunteer-led and not-for-profit ethos of the Credit Union sector is something we need to nourish and protect".
